HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role,

you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various departments,

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless and effective

recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and team dynamics.
• Create and post job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals,

etc.).

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Manage full\-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain an up\-to\-date ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed on trends in tech recruiting and employment markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 \- 5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing \& project based industry.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and relevant skills (e.g., Design, Production, Quality, Safety,

Accounts, etc.).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience using recruiting tools and platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹33,000\.00 per month
