• *Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2\-3 years of experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to fill various positions within the company.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and networking events.
• Collaborate with HR team members to streamline processes and improve recruitment efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2\-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast\-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling various positions across different departments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• SHRM or HR certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
