• *About the Role**

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing who has strong connections with influencer agencies, talent managers, and creators across India. The ideal candidate should have an existing influencer network and hands\-on experience in planning, negotiating, and executing influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Build and manage relationships with influencer agencies, talent managers, and influencers across PAN India.
• Identify and onboard relevant influencers based on campaign objectives and target audience.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights with agents and creators.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns from outreach to content delivery and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal creative and marketing teams for campaign briefs and approvals.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, and ROI, and prepare campaign reports.
• Ensure timely content publishing and maintain influencer and agency databases.
• Stay updated with influencer trends, emerging creators, and platform updates.

• *Key Requirements**

• 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships.
• Strong existing network with influencer agencies, managers, and creators.
• Experience handling beauty, skincare, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle influencers is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other creator platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
