HR Recruiter

• *Job Summary:**

Veracity Resourcing \& Services is looking for a proactive and result\-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

\*Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.

\*Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.

\*Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

\*Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.

\*Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

\*Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

\*Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

\*Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.

\*Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.

\*Support joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding activities.

\*Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications:**

\*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

\*Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

\*Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.

\*Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

\*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

\*Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

\*Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.

• *Preferred Experience:**

\*Experience in end\-to\-end recruitment or talent acquisition.

\*Familiarity with sourcing strategies, interview coordination, and offer management.

\*Experience recruiting for relevant industry roles is an added advantage.

• *Job Type: Full time:** 5 Days in a week

• *Experience:** 1\-2 Years (freshers can also apply)

• *Pay:** 20k to 25k (as per experience)

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
