• *Position Overview**

We are looking for a proactive, driven, and detail\-oriented **Recruiter** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple mandates efficiently.

• *Key Responsibilities1\. Talent Sourcing \& Screening**

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, references, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Shortlist relevant profiles based on client requirements.

• *2\. End\-to\-End Recruitment**

• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer closure.
• Maintain strong follow\-ups with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.

• *3\. Client Coordination**

• Understand detailed job requirements from clients.
• Share timely updates, shortlisted profiles, and feedback.
• Build strong client relationships by delivering quality and timely hiring support.

• *4\. Database \& Reporting**

• Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure all communication, feedback, and progress is recorded systematically.
• Share daily/weekly reports with the internal team.

• *5\. Employer Branding \& Job Posting**

• Draft, update, and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms.
• Promote open roles on LinkedIn and other social channels when required.
• Maintain professional communication reflecting Whizz HR’s brand values.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
