Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process and support the organization in hiring suitable candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for IT and Non\-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment portals.
• Strong coordination and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹31,000\.00 per month
