- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for IT and Non\-IT requirements (voice, non\-voice, blended processes)
- Understand client JDs and hiring mandates
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, and internal databases
- Conduct telephonic screenings and initial HR rounds
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients
- Manage hiring drives and walk\-ins
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and follow\-ups till onboarding
Pay: ₹9,350\.87 \- ₹24,944\.89 per month
