Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our HR team as HR Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. This role provides an opportunity to learn and gain practical experience in end\-to\-end recruitment processes.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and coordinate with the hiring team.
• Source candidates through social media platforms, job portals and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining formalities.
• Support the HR team in recruitment activities and hiring drives.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with candidates.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and social media platforms is an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Degree / BBA / B.Com / B.Sc / MBA (HR) graduates.
• Only freshers can apply.
• Candidates interested in building a career in Human Resources.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
