Zinq Electronics is conducting a Walk\-In Interview Drive for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team.

• *Job Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
• Handle onboarding and employee documentation.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands\-on experience with job portals.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and achieve hiring targets.
