• *About the Role**

OnO Creators is looking for an experienced and result\-oriented HR \& Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in talent acquisition, preferably from an influencer marketing agency, digital marketing agency, media, or creative industry.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end\-to\-end recruitment, understanding business hiring requirements, and sourcing the right talent across multiple departments.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for various departments, including Influencer Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Content, Creative, and Operations.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with respective department heads.
• Manage candidate follow\-ups, salary discussions, and offer rollouts.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Handle employee onboarding and support other HR\-related activities.

• *Requirements**

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
• Prior experience in an influencer marketing agency, digital marketing agency, advertising, media, or creative industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet hiring deadlines.
• Proactive approach with strong coordination and follow\-up skills.
