• *Job Summary :**

As a Recruiter at **JOBKREATORS** , you will be responsible for a rac ng, assessing, and placing qualified candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communica on skills, and a passion for iden fying and engaging with diverse talent. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast\-paced environment, collabora ng with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• **Client Consultation:** Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, organisa onal culture, and strategic objectives. Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent availability.
• **Candidate Sourcing and Screening:** Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including job portal’s, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• *Recruitment Process Management :**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes, from job profiling and pos ng to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities in a mely manner.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communica on and feedback throughout the process.

• *Talent Acquisition Strategy:**

• Develop and implement effec ve recruitment strategies to a ract top\-er talent.
• Stay informed about industry trends, compe tor ac vi es, and best prac ces in recruitment.

• *Collaboration and Relationship Building :**

• Build and maintain strong rela onships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and priori es.

• *What You Bring to the Table :**

• **Education:** A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• **Experience:** At least 1 year of proven experience as a Recruiter or in Talent Acquisi on (experience in a fast\-paced Consultancy environment is highly preferred).
• **Technical Skills:** Deep understanding of modern recruitment strategies, proac ve sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment frameworks.
• **So Skills:** Excep onal communica on, interpersonal, and nego a on skills.
• **Mindset:** A self\-starter who thrives both independently and collabora vely within a high\-energy team.
