Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Specialist to lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong company culture, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance, and driving HR strategies aligned with business goals, preferably within the USA travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end\-to\-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes, especially for travel sales roles (US market)

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures

Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and POSH guidelines

Handle performance management systems, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives

Maintain HR records, attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation

Lead onboarding, training, and development programs

Foster a positive work environment and strengthen company culture

Manage exit processes including full \& final settlements

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role

Mandatory experience in the USA travel industry (flight sales/travel process preferred)

Strong understanding of hiring for US travel sales profiles (PPC calls, flight bookings, etc.)

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities

Preferred Skills

Experience in handling POSH compliance and workplace investigations

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office

Experience in high\-volume hiring for international processes
