Job Description

*Key Responsibilities**

**End\-to\-End Recruitment:** Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical, engineering, and operational roles.
**Data \& Analytics:** Maintain and manage real\-time recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and HR databases.
**Campus \& Freshers Hiring:** Coordinate walk\-in drives and engineering campus placements.
**Stakeholder Coordination:** Liaise with technical department heads to understand precise hiring requirements.

*Requirements \& Qualifications**

**Education:** B.E. / B.Tech or any Engineering background is highly preferred (to easily grasp our technical roles).
**Experience:** Freshers are welcome to apply! Prior experience in technical/EPC recruitment is a plus.
**Technical Skills:** **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel** (VLOOKUP, data sorting, duplicate management, and formulas) is mandatory.

**Soft Skills:** Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
