Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee who is eager to build a career in Human Resources. This is a 6\-month training program with PPO (Pre\-Placement Offer).

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment process
Post jobs on portals and screen candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and employee engagement activities

2\-6 months of internship experience in HR and Recruitment
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Basic knowledge of recruitment \& HR processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office

Performance\-based PPO (Pre\-Placement Offer)
Hands\-on exposure to live recruitment projects
