• Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy, workforce planning, and retail people initiatives.
• Lead national hiring for Store Managers and ensure a strong talent pipeline through internal and external recruitment.
• Drive manpower planning, staffing efficiency, and employee relations, including grievance resolution.
• Monitor HR metrics, optimize manning models, and provide data\-driven insights to improve workforce performance.
• Enhance employee engagement, lead the HR team, and ensure consistent HR practices across regions regular travel.
