Loss Prevention Manager (CA/MBA)

• *Experience\-** 7–10 years of experience in Retail Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or Store Audit

• *Qualifications\-** Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management

• *Responsibilities\-**

• Monitor inventory movements, conduct stock audits, and investigate inventory variances to minimize shrinkage.
• Conduct store surveillance and investigate theft, fraud, and operational non\-compliance.
• Perform store process audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and recommend control improvements.
• Prepare investigation reports and coordinate with HR and management on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with store operations, warehouse, finance, and audit teams to strengthen asset protection initiatives.
