We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will act as a strategic partner to business teams while ensuring strong people practices, employee engagement, performance management, and organisational effectiveness across the company.
This role requires someone who can balance business understanding with people\-first thinking, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive HR initiatives in a fast\-growing D2C environment.

- Partner closely with business leaders to understand team structures, workforce planning, hiring needs, and people challenges.
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to managers on employee engagement, performance, team development, and organisational effectiveness.
- Drive people strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans.
- Own and drive PMS cycles including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, feedback discussions, and appraisal coordination. Support managers in driving high performance, employee growth plans, and capability building initiatives.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning \& development initiatives across teams.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, team\-building activities, surveys, feedback programs, and culture initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and ensure timely grievance resolution.
- Ensure smooth implementation and adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and organisational processes.
- Support onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit processes in coordination with HR Operations teams.
- Track and analyze HR metrics including attrition, engagement, performance trends, and workforce data. Generate actionable insights and recommendations for leadership teams.
- *WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- 3\+ years of experience in HRBP, Employee Relations, or Strategic HR roles.
- Strong understanding of performance management, employee engagement, and HR business partnering.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, reporting, and HR analytics.
