We are looking for a proactive and dependable **0 \- 2 Years** HR, who can manage end\-to\-end HR operations along with office administration responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be organized, people\-oriented, detail\-focused, and capable of handling day\-to\-day functions with minimal supervision.
\- Manage employee lifecycle processes from joining to exit formalities
\- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and \-onboarding
\- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases
\- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
\- Draft HR letters, policies, and internal communication
\- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
\- Support performance management and employee engagement activities
\- Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations
\- Manage overall office administration, including vendor coordination, office supplies, housekeeping, and facility management
\- **0 \- 2 years** of relevant HR and admin experience (Fresher with a keen interest are welcome)
\- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\- Good knowledge of HR processes and statutory compliance
\- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
\- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
\- Professional, reliable, and solution\-oriented approach
Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
