Job Description

Initiate and lead HR programs and strategic projects
Conduct research and analysis to identify HR challenges and recommend solutions
Provide guidance and support to HR teams and clients on day\-to\-day HR matters
Design and implement practical HR strategies and policies
Manage Performance Management Systems (PMS), KRA/KPI frameworks, and employee development initiatives
Drive organizational change and culture management programs
Assist in the implementation and integration of HR policies and compliance systems
Support the selection and implementation of HR technologies
Ensure compliance with HR practices and business processes
