About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people\-oriented HR Executive to support our recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Talent Acquisition

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Manage the complete hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

HR Operations

Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Employee Engagement

Coordinate employee engagement activities and team\-building initiatives.
Address employee queries and provide HR support.
Help create a positive and productive work environment.

Administrative Support

Prepare HR reports and recruitment metrics.
Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
Coordinate with different departments for workforce requirements.

Required Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR certification will be an added advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
