Human Resource Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and driven HR executive to join our team in Kalyan, This is a full\-time, on\-site role responsible for managing the end\-to\-end recruitment process and ensuring we attract and hire high\-quality talent aligned with our organisational

goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social platforms
• Schedule and conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Screen and assess candidates for role suitability and cultural fit
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives to position Bilivin Education as a preferred

employer

• Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Handle joining formalities and conduct employee inductions
• Manage attendance tracking and support basic HR operations
• Ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience for candidates

Qualifications \& Skills

• Proficiency in full life\-cycle recruiting and hiring processes
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing
• Knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and pipeline creation
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is an

added advantage

• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
