We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Human Resource Executive who will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating final interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding of selected candidates. The executive will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, attendance, leave management, joining and exit formalities, employee documentation, HR MIS reports, and compliance with company policies.
The role further requires regular interaction with employees and department heads to understand manpower requirements, resolve employee concerns, improve employee engagement, and support performance management initiatives. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, strong computer proficiency, internet research skills, and working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred. Candidates with a positive attitude, strong organizational abilities, confidentiality, and the capability to work in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment will be preferred. Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Salary and benefits will be offered as per industry standards and candidate experience.
