Job Description
*About the Role**
*Dr. Joshi’s Holistic Healthcare \& Research Centre Pvt. Ltd**. is looking for a proactive and organized **HR Executive** to manage end\-to\-end recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and day\-to\-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast\-paced healthcare environment.
*Key Responsibilities**
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow\-ups.
Post job openings on portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, and other hiring platforms.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Handle onboarding and induction of new employees.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and maintain positive workplace culture.
Support performance management and probation review processes.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Assist in payroll inputs and other administrative HR tasks.
Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support.

*Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory).
