We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced \*HR Executive\* to join our team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of our end\-to\-end payroll processing and statutory compliance. Additionally, strong hands\-on experience with social and ethical audits like \*\*BSCI\* and \*SEDEX\* is a mandatory requirement for this role.
1\. End\-to\-End Payroll Management
2\. Statutory Compliance
3\. Audit \& Documentation (BSCI / SEDEX)
Lead and manage \*BSCI\* and \*SEDEX (SMETA)\* compliance audits.
Maintain all necessary documentation, health \& safety records, and policy manuals required for social compliance.
Experience: 3 to 5 years\*of core experience in Payroll and Compliance.
Location: Greater Noida
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel \& familiarity with payroll software.
Compliance Expertise: Proven track record handling BSCI and SEDEX audits.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA/B.COM in Human Resources or related field.
\* Understanding of Indian Labor Laws and statutory compliance framework.
\* High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial/payroll data.
\* Ability to coordinate smoothly with external auditors and government officials.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
