• *Role Summary:**

We are looking for an Human Resources Executive to manage internal and external stakeholder relations at our JNPT location. The role involves coordinating with employees, authorities, vendors, and local stakeholders while supporting HR and administrative activities.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Act as the point of contact between the company, employees, and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with port authorities, government bodies, vendors, and local agencies.
• Support HR activities including employee coordination, onboarding support, and communication.
• Maintain attendance records, leave records, and HR compliance documentation.
• Handle public\-facing communication related to site operations and workforce matters.
• Coordinate visits, inspections, and meetings with officials and stakeholders.
• Support administrative tasks and site\-level coordination as required.
• Maintain records, correspondence, and reports related to PR and HR activities.
• Assist in resolving site\-level issues through effective communication and relationship management.

• *Education \& Skills:**

• Graduate / MBA / PGDM preferred (HR / Public Relations / Communications).
• 3–7 years of experience in Public Relations, HR coordination, or site administration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with government authorities and external agencies.

• *Preferred Profile:**

• Experience working at port, logistics, terminal, or industrial locations (JNPT preferred).
• Local area knowledge and fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
