• Source and screen candidates for Life Insurance roles across various channels
• Post job openings on portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms
• Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process
• Maintain and update candidate database and trackers
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
