1\- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for roles across various functions such as Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
2\- Leverage diverse channels like job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks to identify and attract top talent suited to the organizations needs.
3\- Work closely with department head to understand hiring requirements, create job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
4\- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely feedback, and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
5\- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time\-to\-hire, cost\-per\-hire, and quality of hire, identifying areas for improvement to enhance hiring efficiency.
