Human Resource Executive

• **Talent Acquisition:** Draft job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• **Employee Relations:** Mediate workplace conflicts, address grievances, and foster a positive, inclusive company culture.
• **Compensation \& Benefits:** Manage payroll, administer health insurance/perquisites, and conduct regular salary reviews.
• **Performance \& Development:** Oversee performance appraisal systems, track KPIs, and identify training needs.
• **Compliance \& Policy:** Ensure organizational practices and policies comply with local labor laws and regulations

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 per month
