Position: HR Intern (Internship\-to\-Hire)

Location: Remote

Duration: 3 Months (Full time 9 am to 6 pm \& Mon \- sat)

Stipend: monthly stipend

Hiring Mode: Pre\-placement offer based on performance

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening \& scheduling interviews
• Maintain candidate database \& support onboarding
• Coordinate with hiring teams \& draft job descriptions

Requirements

• BBA/MBA (HR) or related background
• Strong communication \& interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast\-paced startup environment
• Available for full\-time internship at Mohali office
