About the Role

Aspire International is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment team in identifying and hiring top talent across various industries. This internship offers hands\-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and an opportunity to develop practical HR skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate coordination.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates regarding interview status.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Candidate Engagement

• Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities and interview schedules.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in collecting documents and supporting onboarding formalities.

Talent Sourcing

• Build and maintain a candidate database for current and future openings.
• Explore innovative sourcing channels and recruitment strategies.
• Support employee referral and talent mapping initiatives.

Employer Branding

• Assist in posting jobs on various platforms.
• Support LinkedIn activities and employer branding initiatives.
• Help create recruitment\-related content and social media posts.

Administrative Support

• Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.
• Update candidate status in trackers and databases.
• Support HR team in day\-to\-day recruitment activities.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and online job portals is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Graduate or currently pursuing Graduation/MBA in HR or related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
