• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals such as Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback.
• Support the HR team in day\-to\-day recruitment activities.

• *Required SkillsTechnical Skills**

• Familiarity with Indeed and other job portals
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Good typing and data entry skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
