We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment activities. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. This role provides hands\-on experience in the end\-to\-end recruitment process and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain HR records and files accurately.
Assist the HR team in various recruitment and administrative tasks.
