• *Role Overview**

As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will support the end\-to\-end recruitment process and gain hands\-on experience in talent acquisition. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in Human Resources.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, and screening candidates
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support in drafting job descriptions and job postings
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns

• *Requirements:**

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Interest in talent acquisition and HR operations
• Good organizational and time\-management skills
