Human Resource Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations across our restaurant outlets. This role offers hands\-on exposure to the fast\-paced QSR and F\&B industry and is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Staffing

• Source and screen candidates for outlet and corporate positions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and outlet teams.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Employee Onboarding

• Assist in onboarding and induction of new team members.
• Prepare joining documentation and employee files.
• Coordinate employee ID cards, uniforms, and onboarding requirements.
• Ensure completion of all joining formalities.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support attendance, leave, and manpower tracking.
• Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Update employee databases and HRMIS records.

Employee Engagement

• Support employee engagement initiatives and celebrations.
• Assist in organizing training programs and team activities.
• Coordinate employee recognition and reward programs.

Outlet HR Coordination

• Coordinate with restaurant managers regarding manpower requirements.
• Support employee grievance handling and issue resolution.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

HR Reporting

• Prepare recruitment and HR activity reports.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR trackers.
• Support HR audits and compliance documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to outlets, if required.
