About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands\-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate coordination, and HR operations in a fast\-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow\-ups
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Post job openings on hiring platforms
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview updates and feedback
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
• Maintain proper records of candidates and recruitment activities

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals is preferred
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment
