As an HR Intern at TheBoredMonkey, you will work closely with the HR Head and founding members to scout, attract, and engage top talent across creative, marketing, influencer, strategy, and operations roles. This role is for someone who is naturally curious about people, understands communication deeply, and enjoys finding the right fit for the right role.
This is a high\-ownership role where recruitment will be your primary focus, while also exposing you to HR operations, employee engagement, and overall people management processes inside a fast\-growing creative agency.

- Work closely with the HR Head to manage end\-to\-end recruitment for various marketing, creative, influencer, and business roles across the company.
- Improve hiring efficiency and turnaround time (TAT) by identifying and sharing relevant, high\-quality candidate profiles for the right roles.
- Actively scout talent through inbound and outbound hiring channels including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, communities, and placement networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, placement coordinators, external hiring partners, and industry connections to create a long\-term hiring pipeline.
- Maintain an organized and up\-to\-date candidate database, recruitment trackers, interview pipelines, and hiring reports.
- Explore and identify new sourcing platforms, hiring strategies, and recruitment channels to continuously improve talent acquisition quality and speed.
- Assist in HR operations, employee engagement activities, onboarding coordination, and day\-to\-day HR support whenever required.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other automation platforms to improve sourcing, communication, documentation, and recruitment workflows.
- Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders in a professional, transparent, polite, and timely manner throughout the hiring process.
- Take ownership, proactively spotting hiring gaps, suggesting improvements, and contributing ideas instead of waiting only for instructions.
