Job Title: HR Manager (Real Estate Experience Required)

• *Job Summary**

As the HR Manager, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, tailor HR strategies to our real estate operations, and foster a high\-performance work culture. The ideal candidate must deeply understand the unique talent landscape and operational dynamics of the real estate industry in Gurgaon.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Real Estate Talent Acquisition:** Lead end\-to\-end recruitment, focusing on sourcing high\-performing sales, leasing, CRM, and corporate professionals within the real estate market.
• **HR Operations \& Policy:** Implement, update, and manage company policies, employee handbooks, and performance metrics aligned with industry standards.
• **Employee Relations \& Culture:** Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, fostering a transparent, motivated, and collaborative workplace environment.
• **Performance Management:** Manage the appraisal cycles, design incentive\-driven structures tailored for sales teams, and handle Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• **Compliance \& Payroll Co\-ordination:** Ensure adherence to corporate regulations and labor laws; coordinate with finance for timely payroll processing.

• *Key Requirements**

• **Industry Experience:** **Mandatory 3\+ years of experience within the Real Estate sector.**
• **Preferred Location:** **Gurgaon / Gurugram** (Candidates must currently reside in or be thoroughly familiar with the Gurgaon real estate talent market).
• **Education:** MBA or Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• **Skills:** Strong understanding of real estate commission/incentive structures, excellent communication and headhunting skills, and ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment.
