Permali Wallace Pvt Ltd, Bhopal is looking for human resources (HR) assistant who helps with the administration of the day\-to\-day operations of company and human resources department.

*Responsibilities and Duties**

Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping
Compliance as per legal labour laws
Maintenance of Personal Files
Recruiting and selection of employees
Employee orientation, development, and training and recordkeeping
Maintaining Employee relations
Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting
Employee services

MBA in Human Resource Management
1\+ years in human resources in Manufacturing Industry preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) a plus
General knowledge of Labour laws
Excellent communication and organizational skills
