Human Resources cum Office Manager

A Noida based NGO Wishes and Blessings is seeking a high performing and motivated and experienced individual to join our team.

The requirements are as follows

\* excellent communication skills \- written and spoken \- English \- NON NEGOTIABLE

\* experience in HR ( policies / hiring / staff welfare and management)

\*experience in office administration (Working in a non\-profit setup preferable)

\* Ability to work alone and stay motivated as well as work well in a team set\-up.

\* Excellent management skills.

\* Excellence in excel and data entry

Key responsibilities include

• Staff welfare and management
• Day\-to\-day management of team, monitor growth and progress
• Manage Reporting and performance
• Manage internal communication
• Assist the Founder \& President
