We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to lead and manage all Human Resource functions for our Road Construction Machinery Dealership business. The role will be responsible for talent acquisition (70%), employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, training \& development, and HR operations across corporate office, workshops, and project locations.
\- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for technical, sales, service, spare parts, and support functions.
\- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and hiring plans.
\- Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, consultants, and employee referrals.
\- Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
\- Maintain employee records, HRIS, attendance, and leave management systems.
\- Ensure smooth joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit processes.
\- Prepare and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
\- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
\- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
\- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws, Shops \& Establishment Act, and other statutory requirements.
\- Handle audits, inspections, and statutory documentation.
\- Manage contractor compliance and labour documentation where applicable.
\- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters effectively.
\- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
\- Conduct employee counseling and conflict resolution sessions.
\- Organize welfare activities, recognition programs, and team\-building initiatives.
\- Drive performance appraisal processes and goal\-setting activities.
\- Support managers in performance improvement plans and succession planning.
\- Monitor employee productivity and retention metrics.
\- Identify training needs and implement skill development programs.
\- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
\- Coordinate technical and behavioral training programs.
\- Align HR initiatives with business objectives and organizational growth plans.
\- Advise management on workforce planning, compensation, and organizational development.
\- Lead HR projects focused on employee retention, productivity, and process improvement.
\- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
\- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
\- 1– 2years of HR experience, preferably in construction equipment, automobile dealership, heavy machinery, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
