Job Description
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS, and ensure all employee documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Process payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, statutory deductions, and coordinate salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
- Draft and issue HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and leave.

- Coordinate recruitment support, induction programs, and background verification processes.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management, including headcount, attrition, leave, and compliance reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure smooth day\-to\-day HR administrative operations.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
