Manager - Client Servicing

• Lead the Client Servicing function by managing key client accounts and ensuring exceptional service throughout the event lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understand their event objectives, and provide strategic event solutions.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with Creative, Production, Operations, and Vendor teams to ensure flawless planning and execution of events within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Oversee event proposals, pitches, presentations, budgeting, and commercial negotiations to secure new business and maximize client value.
• Handle client escalations, monitor project quality, and ensure every event is delivered to the highest standards while exceeding client expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Client Servicing team by setting performance goals, improving processes, and fostering a high\-performance, client\-centric culture.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
