Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment activities for various roles across the organization.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.

Support in posting jobs on various platforms and managing applicant pipelines.

Engage with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Assist in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and internship programs.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.

Support in preparing offer letters and completing pre\-joining formalities.

Help organize recruitment drives, walk\-ins, and hiring events.

Assist in market research and talent mapping activities.

Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess resumes and identify suitable candidates.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office tools.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹10,001\.00 per month
