Carcall is looking for a motivated and people\-oriented Human Resources (HR) Intern to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.
This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding, employee communication, and HR administration in a growing technology\-driven startup environment.
You will gain hands\-on experience in managing hiring processes and supporting workforce development initiatives.
- *Selected intern's day\-to\-day responsibilities include:**
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Conduct preliminary telephonic screening interviews
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
- Support employee engagement and internal communication activities
- Help prepare HR reports, records, and recruitment metrics
- Coordinate with hiring managers and department leads during recruitment drives
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and internship postings
- Hands\-on training in recruitment and HR operations
- Exposure to real\-world hiring and talent acquisition processes
