• *The Role: HR Manager**

You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling Elaterz’s human resources function. From hiring top talent to developing company culture, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.

• *Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition \& Hiring**

• Lead end\-to\-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
• Develop hiring strategies to attract top remote talent
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand

• *HR Strategy \& Operations**

• Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes
• Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations

• *Culture \& Engagement**

• Build a strong, positive remote work culture
• Plan employee engagement activities and team initiatives
• Act as a bridge between management and team members

• *Performance Management**

• Develop KPI systems and performance evaluation frameworks
• Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback cycles
• Support managers in team development and productivity

• *Learning \& Development**

• Identify skill gaps and organize training programs
• Build leadership pipelines within the company

• *What We're Looking For:**

• **Experience:** 2–5 years in HR, preferably in startups, agencies, or remote teams
• **Recruitment Expertise:** Proven ability to hire quality talent across roles
• **Startup Mindset:** Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable building systems from scratch
• **Communication Skills:** Strong interpersonal and conflict\-resolution abilities
