• *About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic and people\-focused **HR Manager** who can build strong systems, set up efficient processes, develop talent, and create a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will be excellent in communication, training, system building, KPI tracking, and employee engagement.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Build and improve **HR systems and internal processes**.
• Handle **end\-to\-end talent acquisition** – sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Design and execute **training \& development programs** for staff.
• Set up and monitor **HR KPIs and performance tracking systems**.
• Drive **employee engagement and cultural development initiatives**.
• Ensure smooth **communication between management and employees**.
• Implement policies related to attendance, payroll coordination, discipline, and compliance.
• Support department heads in manpower planning and performance improvement.
• Conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and engagement activities.
• Maintain HR records and reporting dashboards.

• *Required Skills \& Competencies**

• Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
• Experience in **system building and process setting**.
• Good understanding of **training frameworks and talent development**.
• Knowledge of **KPI tracking and performance management**.
• Ability to manage people, culture, and engagement effectively.
• Leadership mindset with problem\-solving ability.
• Proficiency in HR tools, Excel, and reporting.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5**–7 years of experience** in HR management (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare or service industry is an added advantage.
