Vibgyor Innovations Pvt Ltd seeks an Assistant Manager - Plant HR for our facility in Sonipat. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience specifically within Plant or Factory HR, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Key skills include expert knowledge of factory and labour law compliance, statutory regulations, and contractor management. You will be accountable for the complete spectrum of plant HR operations. Core duties involve ensuring strict adherence to all statutory and labour law compliances, handling ESIC, PF, Bonus, and Gratuity matters, and managing contractor labour compliance. Additional responsibilities cover maintaining employee records, coordinating attendance and payroll, addressing employee grievances, managing disciplinary actions, and supporting audits and inspections. You will also prepare HR MIS reports.
