About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced **HR Manager** to lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Manage the end\-to\-end hiring process.
- Build relationships with colleges and recruitment partners.
Employee Onboarding \& Offboarding
- Conduct employee onboarding programs.
- Ensure smooth induction and orientation.
- Manage exit formalities and documentation.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Performance Management
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Coordinate performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Support managers in setting performance goals.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
Training \& Development
- Identify training needs within departments.
- Coordinate employee learning and development initiatives.
- Support career growth and succession planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA in HR (Preferred).
- 3–7 years of HR experience.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
