Job Description

Jay Air Systems Private Limited is looking for a qualified and motivated **HVAC Site Engineer** to manage HVAC installation and project execution activities at various sites. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, site supervision, manpower coordination, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage HVAC installation and execution activities at project sites.
• Handle HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV, AHU, chillers, ducting, piping, and ventilation systems.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
• Manage site manpower, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
• Check installation quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate material requirements with the purchase and stores departments.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and material requirement reports.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and company procedures.
• Resolve technical issues and provide regular updates to management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in HVAC site execution is preferred.
• Freshers with good technical knowledge of HVAC systems may also apply.
• Knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, AHU, chillers, ducting, and piping.
• Ability to read HVAC drawings and understand BOQs.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
