• *Job Description**

We are hiring a Hyperion Planning \& Enterprise Performance Management Manager to lead Oracle Planning implementations, oversee technical and functional delivery, and manage project teams.

• *Responsibilities**

• Lead end\-to\-end Oracle Planning and EPM implementation projects.
• Manage project estimation, requirements gathering, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Design, develop, and support EPBCS/PCMCS solutions, business rules, Groovy scripts, MDX calculations, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage custom cubes, reporting cubes, data integrations, metadata, security, and user provisioning.
• Work with EPM Automate and batch/shell operations.
• Handle project governance, risks, escalations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Coordinate with clients and distributed delivery teams.
• Mentor team members and support presales and proposal development.

• *Mandatory Requirements**

• Minimum 9 years of relevant Oracle Planning/EPM experience.
• Experience in EPBCS or PCMCS.
• Strong hands\-on expertise in Oracle EPM development and administration.
• At least 5–6 end\-to\-end implementation projects.
• Proven team leadership and project delivery experience.
• Knowledge of Groovy, business rules, MDX, integrations, and EPM Automate.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

Experience with ODI, EDMCS, EPRCS, solution prototyping, and performance optimization.

• *Education**

B.Sc., B.Com., B.E., B.Tech., M.E., M.Tech., MBA, M.Com., CA, or PGDM. Diploma and ITI qualifications are not accepted.
